Ms. Momblanco joined Laner Muchin, Ltd. in December 2005, as an Associate in the Immigration Department and she became a Partner in January 2009. Ms. Momblanco has devoted her career to the practice of immigration law. Upon graduation from law school in 1998, she began employment with Minsky, McCormick and Hallagan, P.C., a major immigration law firm in downtown Chicago. Since then, she has focused her practice on employment-based immigration law and has represented many large, multinational companies located throughout the U.S. Ms. Momblanco is currently on the Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association, Chicago Chapter, and is the Chair of the Immigration Section of the Federal Bar Association, Chicago Chapter. She also currently serves as a Co-Chair for the Worksite Enforcement Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Chicago Chapter. She previously served as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the Chicago Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Immigration Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association, Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a member of the U.S. Department of Labor Liaison Committee. Ms. Momblanco has spoken on several panels covering various immigration-related topics such as I-9 Compliance, Worksite Enforcement and Nonimmigrant Visas for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Ms. Momblanco is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Momblanco is a 1998 graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. During law school, Ms. Momblanco was the recipient of an academic award for receiving the highest grade in her Immigration Law course. She also externed for the Honorable Justice James H. Alesia for the Federal District Court, competed in the Niagara International Law moot court competition and served as a Student Attorney for the Loyola Community Law Clinic.
Ms. Momblanco was born and raised in Farmington, Michigan and resides in Chicago with her husband, Erik Bryant.
