Jill O’Brien to Share Insights Regarding the Impact of COVID-19 on Labor and Employment in Upcoming ISSA Webinar

Laner Muchin Partner Jill O’Brien will discuss labor and employment issues arising as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in an upcoming Illinois Search and Staffing Association (ISSA) webinar on September 16 at 12 pm CST.

Jill’s segment titled “Labor and Employment Issues Related to COVID-19” is part of a three-day webinar series delving into key labor and employment topics and legal updates.

Jill’s presentation will include discussions on the following topics:

  • Mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policies
  • Reasonable accommodation obligations for employees who object to vaccination requirements
  • Stay-at-home restrictions and other mitigation efforts
  • Governor Pritzker's executive order regarding masks
  • President Biden’s 6-point mandatory vaccination program
