Robert Bernstein Shares Insights on Labor and Employment Law Developments and COVID-19 at the NISHRM Annual Employment Law Update
Along with Kristin Case and Kathryn Hartrick, Laner Muchin Partner Robert Bernstein discussed recent federal and Illinois labor employment developments, including issues related to COVID-19, in the Northern Illinois Society for Human Resource Management (NISHRM) Annual Employment Law Update Webinar on September 10. Rob shared insights from the employer’s perspective, whereas Kristin shared them from an employee’s perspective. The virtual event was moderated by NIHSM Board member Kathryn Hartrick.
