Heather focuses her practice between being an employment litigator and a trusted advisor to her clients. Heather represents public and private sector employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in all types of employment litigation. Heather also provides counseling services to her clients on a routine basis to help them develop policies and procedures that minimize legal risk, implement best practices to improve employee relations and develop practical solutions to resolve complex employment disputes before they mushroom into lawsuits.

Antonio regularly litigates substantial-exposure employment litigation matters as the lead attorney, with a particular focus on defending employers against single-plaintiff and class action wage and hour lawsuits under federal and state wage laws. In addition, his practice involves preventative counseling for both public and private employers on a variety of day-to-day employment issues, such as terminations, accommodations under the ADA, FMLA compliance, drafting employment agreements and advising on mass layoffs.
