The webinar provided practical steps for complying with the latest guidance from the Center for Disease Control, the Department of Labor, and the EEOC, considerations for mandatory and voluntary mask and PPE programs, considerations for onsite temperature screening, COVID-19 testing and antibody testing, best practices and potential pitfalls under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, potential changes to employees’ wages and hours, reinstating and potentially changing employee benefit programs, and COVID-19 mandatory reporting to public health agencies, among numerous other issues.
