Chicago, IL – Rob Bernstein co-presented with Kathryn Hartrick of Hartrick Employment Law, “The Impact of New Marijuana Legislation on Illinois Employment Law,” for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The program was presented in a live webcast on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
Bernstein and Hartrick discussed the key aspects of the new Illinois marijuana legislation and the important ways that it will impact employers’ employment policies and practices.
