Overview

Aaron joined Laner Muchin in 2023 as an associate.  He represents and counsels public and private employers on a wide array of employment law-related issues, including wage and hour laws, class and collective actions, discrimination and harassment, separation and severance agreements, reductions in force, covenants not to compete, hiring, discipline, termination and internal investigations.  Additionally, Aaron has significant experience representing employers in investigations and wage and hour audits before agencies, including the EEOC, DOL, OFCCP, NLRB, OSHA, IDHR and CCHR. 

Aaron always seeks to provide advice with a view toward enhancing employee relations and productivity while minimizing litigation risks.  When litigation does occur, Aaron works tirelessly to achieve favorable results for his clients in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Prior to joining Laner Muchin, Aaron worked as an associate at a big law firm in Chicago.  Aaron also served as an active-duty U.S. Army officer prior to becoming an attorney.
