As part of our philosophy of providing cost effective counsel, whenever legal tasks can be done by a paralegal, the client benefits. Thus, our paralegals have the opportunity to do challenging work, including drafting and responding to discovery, preparation for depositions, maintaining document and witness files, database management, vendor management, managing and interviewing witnesses, legal research and participation at trial, often as "second chair."
