Having originated as a small firm, our goal is to be large enough to compete in the legal environment that is becoming ever more global, but to retain the small firm atmosphere where we recognize that each of us must be well rounded. We strive to make our workplace one where people can thrive, where they can use their skills and be rewarded for doing so, and where they can feel the freedom to learn new skills and advance themselves professionally. We also strive to make professional life worthwhile by providing challenging, but manageable, assignments, quality coworkers to rely upon, and an atmosphere of congeniality and respect.

In addition to the workplace, we recognize that to be well rounded, people must and do have outside interests, and we strive to avoid conflicts between those two, including implementing a workload policy for attorneys to help maintain that balance.
